Schedule: 5x8, M-F, 1st Shift primarily with some 3rd shift work as needed
About the Opportunity:
As a Product Introduction Field Engineer, you will work to define and deliver Testing and Commissioning procedures, tools, and facilities in accordance with customer acceptance criteria. You will work on performance measurement which includes ensuring our test procedures are safe, monitoring the amount of rework based on test procedures with respect to the allocated budget, and ensuring that the work is completed on time.

What You'll Do:
- Developing a clear understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria
- Managing the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools for RS sites and depots
- Ensuring that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle
- Defining and optimizing the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations
- Implementing REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project
- Supporting the T&C Operations team, for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures
- Ensuring T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System
- Participating in EHS activities on shop floor
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience testing & commissioning of electrical, control, or onboard communications & network systems
What Sets You Apart:

- Strong knowledge of IT Tools and smart devices
- Familiarity with high-risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
- Previous work experience in the rail industry and/or specific educational studies in this field
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and networks domains
- Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization
- Result-driven mindset
- Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders
- Proven Aptitude for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
