Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Fitness Coach / Youth Mentor who is passionate about working with kids, teens, and adults — including children with special needs and youth athletes. This role supports group classes, sports clinics, one-on-one sessions, and our PeeWee Program (ages 3–6).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in group fitness classes for youth, teens, and adults — including athletes and individuals with support needs
- Facilitate one-on-one training sessions with individualized goals
- Support the PeeWee Program (ages 3–6) through play-based fitness and movement
- Serve as a positive mentor and role model for all participants
- Adapt workouts and communication for children with special needs (sensory, behavioral, or physical support needs)
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
- Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and staff
- Show consistent reliability in attendance, punctuality, and follow-through
Requirements
- Experience working with children (required)
- Experience supporting children with disabilities or neurodiverse individuals (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable leading physical activities for both groups and individuals
- Must be available to work nights and weekends — non-negotiable
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Energetic, patient, and positive attitude
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Open availability (nights and weekends required)
- Experience with sports performance, athletic training, or coaching
- Background in special education, kinesiology, behavior support, or related fields
Hours & Compensation
- Schedule: 20–40 hours per week (varies based on client needs and your availability)
- Compensation: Competitive; based on experience and qualifications
