```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our Quadrant community. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training to clients during class workouts, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. ```Duties```
-Lead engaging and high-energy group fitness classes, including HIIT, Strength Training and Circuit classes. One of our biggest focus will be to hire a coach for our Adaptive Program.
-Provide personalized attention and guidance to participants, ensuring safety and proper form during workouts.
-Motivate and inspire members to push their limits and achieve their fitness objectives.
-Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where members feel encouraged and empowered.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering strong relationships with members and colleagues.
-Communicate effectively with members, providing feedback, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Expertise in various fitness disciplines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients
- Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
