Our client is a non-profit organization. They seek a temp recruiter to join their Brooklyn, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and disposition applications in ClearCo ATS for assigned positions
- Reject unqualified candidates
- Assess and rate qualified candidates
- Engage qualified candidates via phone and/or email to schedule prescreening
- Conduct initial screening interviews with applicants
- Re-engage non-responsive qualified candidates
- Recommend pre-screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Prompt Hiring Managers to ensure timely candidate interviews
- Schedule next-round interviews and confirm attendance for all participants
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to determine candidate status and next steps
- Advance candidates to background checks or communicate declines as appropriate
- Update applicant status within ATS profiles accurately
Requirements
- Relevant recruiting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in ATS software, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
