Overview of the Role and Team:
As a Junior Recruiter on the direct hire Corporate Services team, you will source for Administrative, Human Resources, Marketing and Investor Relations, Compliance, and Legal support professionals to place with our clients.
You’ll learn directly from top-performing Executive Recruiters and gain real exposure to how companies hire and grow.
Through structured training and direct mentorship, you’ll quickly develop skills in candidate sourcing, outreach, relationship-building, interviewing, and managing the recruitment process from introduction through offer acceptance. As you grow, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and gain exposure to both the candidate and client sides of the business, with a clear path toward senior-level roles.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the full-desk recruiters with the recruitment process by sourcing, researching, and identifying qualified candidates for specific job openings
- Build and maintain targeted candidate pipelines using internal database (Crelate), external platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.), and outbound outreach to build active talent pipelines
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates and gauge interest in current or future opportunities
- Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our proprietary database
- Re-engage candidates from our internal database to update employment status and availability
- Assist full-desk recruiters with coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist full-desk recruiters with ad-hoc projects, research, etc. as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of work experience with the desire to learn and work in the recruiting industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Highly organized and self-motivated; professional and mature
- Must be a strong communicator (speaking and writing) and trustworthy with proprietary information
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, LinkedIn, and other Social Media platforms is a plus
- Creative and can think "outside of the box" and must be able to "think on your feet"
- A go-getter with a strong desire to succeed
