Most business workflows still run on people. Not because those people love the work, but because no software has been capable enough to own it end-to-end. That's the problem they're solving. They've built the Agentic Process Engine — infrastructure that lets AI agents run entire business processes autonomously, from start to finish, without a human in the loop.
They're starting with sales: post-call briefs, follow-ups, pipeline hygiene, win wires, proactive deal risk detection — fully autonomous. And this is just the beginning.
Their design partners are marquee unicorn companies in Silicon Valley. They've raised $8M from some of the biggest names in venture.
What you'll build
- The core Agentic Process Engine — the system that runs business units, not just tasks
- An agent layer that handles complex, multi-step sales workflows autonomously
- Full-stack: frontend (React), backend (Python), and orchestration infrastructure
- The architecture for how agents coordinate across integrations, hold memory over time, and take reliable action
Who they're looking for
- 3–7 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally at a seed-to-Series B AI startup
- You've shipped real AI agent systemwhoms — tool use, multi-step reasoning, memory, autonomy. Not just RAG pipelines or chatbots.
- You understand the hard parts: hallucination, state drift, trust collapse at scale — and you've engineered around them
- You've done 0-to-1 at a VC-backed startup. High ambiguity, no PM, no playbook — and you shipped something real
- Opinionated. You push back when something doesn't make sense. You have strong views on how systems should be built.
- CS degree (top 100 for new grads)
Extra credit: You've replaced a business process with AI — not augmented it. Deep experience with GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Slack, Google Workspace). Past founder or founding engineer.
Not a fit: Purely frontend or backend engineers. Enterprise-only backgrounds. Managers without recent hands-on coding. Contract or short-term roles only.
