- Drive enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Align strategic goals with financial targets in partnership with the CFO and executive leadership
- Develop and lead a high-performing FP&A team, including analysts and BI developers
- Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and Board presentation materials
- Deliver financial insights and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, M&A, and performance improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, RCM, and HR to align financial plans with business performance
- Implement standardized FP&A tools, dashboards, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making
- Optimize financial systems, forecasting models, and data automation in partnership with IT and Finance Operations
- 10 years of progressive FP&A experience
- 3 years in a leadership role
- Advanced financial modeling skills required
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- NetSuite experience is a plus
