Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day accounting, compliance, corporate governance, and internal control functions of the fund
- Facilitate the quarterly and annual accounting close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Administer relationships with external service providers and vendors, including fund accounting and administrative partners
- Compile quarterly Forms 10-Q, annual Forms 10-K, and other required public filings
- Liaise with external auditors throughout quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX compliance activities
- Supervise the internal audit process conducted by third-party providers
- Generate and review quarterly compliance reporting packages
- Analyze portfolio, financial, and operational data to support senior management decision-making
- 5 years of fund accounting experience
- Public or combo experience
- BDC and credit experience
- SEC experience is a huge plus
- CPA required
