Job Summary
This role requires a BD producer who can effectively build strong client relationships, drive business development, and maintain operational excellence. The position demands a blend of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge of the staffing market
Responsibilities
- Source, Qualify, and Generate new Client relationships for temporary and temp-to-perm roles in Accounting & Finance, Administrative Support, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing fields
- Focus business development efforts targeting client and prospect lists in the Tri-State area
- Maintain and expand productive business relationships with current and prospective clients
- Cross-sell with the firm’s existing clients, cold calling, networking, and researching
- Remain up to date on trends and developments in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Develop and execute the business strategy to ensure the growth and success of the temporary staffing division
- Lead the team to meet/exceed financial goals, including revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Collaborate with the executive team to align the temporary staffing division with the company's overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, industries, and markets for expansion
- Oversee the development of tailored staffing solutions for clients' temporary workforce needs
- Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5 years of senior leadership or management experience in a contract/temporary staffing team or related business services
- Strong understanding of temporary staffing industry trends, labor laws, and best practices
- Proven record of driving business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving financial targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain high-performance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in staffing software and technology tools (Crelate preferred)
