Our client is a design studio. They seek a Project Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison across multiple accounts, addressing requests and resolving issues in partnership with internal teams
- Direct staffing allocations, freelancer onboarding, and overall team operations while leading weekly stand-up meetings
- Participate in client and internal meetings, tracking deliverables, gathering feedback, and ensuring the highest creative quality
- Coordinate project management activities, including scheduling, progress reporting, and preparation of meeting materials
- Oversee select projects from brief through completion, managing strategic, creative, and implementation deliverables alongside the partner
- Guide discovery and strategy phases by conducting stakeholder interviews and developing findings presentations
- Drive new business initiatives by drafting scopes, proposals, and presentation decks in collaboration with partners and the business development team
- Support the partner on new business calls by documenting discussions and tracking opportunities through to decision
- Develop opportunities to expand existing client relationships and increase engagement value
- Monitor project revenue and profitability, coordinating with finance and advising on budgeting and planning decisions
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Studio/graphic design industry experience required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack is required
- Excellent client management skills
- Experience with Figma and Pitch is a plus
