Join a primary care team in the Bronx providing adult and geriatric care to a manageable patient panel. This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires a bilingual Spanish/English Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with primary care experience and a strong interest in geriatrics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive adult and geriatric primary care
- Manage an assigned patient panel (8–12 patients/day)
- Coordinate care, document visits, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
- Maintain required licensure and provider enrollment
Schedule and caseload:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Small daily patient panels to support high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation and benefits:
- Base salary: $165,000–$185,000
- Up to 20% performance bonus

Requirements:
