- Daily admissions: ~10
- Consults: ~2 per day

Core responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients
- Admit, round, evaluate, and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, specialists, and case management
- Lead and contribute to discharge planning for safe transitions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all encounters
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license, or eligible to obtain before start date
- Prior hospital medicine or inpatient experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
