We’re looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Brooklyn team and provide comprehensive adult primary care with a focus on geriatric patients. This is a full-time, weekday role designed to support high-quality, patient-centered care without nights or weekend shifts.
What the role looks like
- Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends
- Small patient panels for personalized care — typically 8–12 patients/day
- Manageable caseload that lets you spend time on thorough assessments, care planning, and relationship-building with older adults
Compensation and benefits
- Salary: $165,000–$185,000
- 20% production bonus

What we’re looking for
- Licensed NP or PA in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience

- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and solid organizational skills
- Medicare and Medicaid ID required
