We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in the Bronx serving a primarily geriatric population. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient duties and an emphasis on collaborative, value-based, patient-centered care.
Key details:
- Compensation: $230,000–$250,000 plus up to a 20% performance bonus
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no nights or weekends
- Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibility)
- Care model: Value-based care
- Patient population: Primarily older adults, with expanding Internal Medicine panel (18 )
- Panel size: Manageable census (approximately 7–10 patients/day)
- Candidates: New graduates welcome; Spanish-speaking clinicians highly preferred

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
