We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in White Plains, NY. The practice serves a predominantly geriatric population and emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered, value-based care. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient responsibilities.
Position highlights:
- Competitive salary: $230,000–$310,000, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
- Setting: Outpatient only; no inpatient coverage
- Care model: Value-based; focus on comprehensive care for older adults
- Patient population: Primarily geriatric, with scope to see adults 18
- Caseload: Manageable census of approximately 7–10 patients per day
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
