We are seeking a compassionate, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time, permanent role focuses on geriatric care in a collaborative, patient-centered, value-based model. The position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient duties and a manageable patient census.
Position highlights:
- Compensation: $230,000–$310,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibility)
- Care model: Value-based care
- Patient population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to include Internal Medicine (18 )
- Patient volume: Typical census of 7–10 patients per day
- Open to new graduates
- Bilingual/multilingual clinicians encouraged but not required

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
