Key details
- Compensation: $150 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
- Patient population: Primarily older adults; practice expanding to include Internal Medicine patients (18 )
- Patient volume: Manageable census of 7–10 patients per day
- Contract: Temporary-to-permanent transition within 3–6 months with expedited credentialing
- Language: Spanish proficiency preferred
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment (or ability to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality, team-based, patient-centered care
