The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for achieving operational results by communicating expectations clearly and ensuring staff have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This is a 2nd shift position that includes scheduled weekends and occasional additional hours as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee cleaning, picking, packing, repairing, and processing of inventory for shipment and returns.Schedule and assign staff; set priorities; monitor workflow; and provide daily production updates.Maintain quality standards and ensure a safe, clean work environment.Train employees on proper equipment use and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.Troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues; motivate staff to meet departmental goals.Ensure daily assignments and deadlines are met.Audit inbound and outbound transactions as required.Manage labor hours within budget.Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance.Approve PTO, manage attendance, and maintain accurate time records.Promote positive morale and fair treatment among staff.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping programs.Basic QualificationsAssociate degree in Business or related field1–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to perform under pressure with strong attention to detailTeam-oriented; bilingual Spanish/English a plusPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field5 years of warehouse or distribution operations experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office; operations systems experience a plusStrong math, planning, customer service, and decision-making abilitiesEffective conflict management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionExcellent working environment!
