Corporate Travel Coordinator - Remote | Temp-to-Hire
**Must currently reside in either the Eastern or Pacific Time Zone**
Monday - Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm local time (plus overtime when necessary)
Overview
The Travel Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, booking, and managing travel logistics for pharmaceutical educational programs and events. This role ensures compliance with company travel policies, industry regulations, and internal procedures while providing high-level administrative and customer support to sales teams, healthcare professionals, and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book air, hotel, ground transportation, and other travel arrangements for healthcare professionals.
- Create, update, and manage detailed travel itineraries and confirmations.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies, compliance guidelines, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Support promotional and non-promotional educational programs using a proprietary event management system.
- Assist sales representatives and customer-facing teams with budget tracking and expense management.
- Communicate regularly with sales representatives, faculty members, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and verify accuracy and completeness of event documentation and materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event planning and execution.
- Manage a high volume of emails, phone calls, and service requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call phone rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in CORPORATE travel coordination.
- Prior experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical education events preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Gmail; experience with travel booking or event management systems a plus.
Salary : $18 - $20
