Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll, including running reports and supporting budgeting activities (payroll processing experience required)
- Oversee full-cycle HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Partner with employees and leadership to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience processing payroll
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a standalone role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, employee-focused approach
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
