Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning & Execution
o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue
o Forecast annual sales targets and monitor performance metrics
o Collaborate with marketing and revenue management to align campaigns and pricing
· Team Leadership & Development
o Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement
o Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
· Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and group organizers
o Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
o Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
· Sales Operations
o Oversee daily sales activities including lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals
o Manage key accounts and ensure consistent follow-up and retention

Qualifications
