Position Overview:
The Hotel Operations Supervisor supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and supervising staff across all departments. This role also manages guest relations, including responding to reviews and resolving complaints.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train hotel staff, ensuring compliance with service standards and policies.

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance operations.

Respond promptly and professionally to all guest reviews and concerns.

Handle guest complaints and provide personalized service to VIPs.

Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.

Support marketing initiatives, group bookings, and corporate client relations.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
