A Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, verify their identification, and provide room keys. Handle the check-out process efficiently, ensuring all charges are settled.
  • Reservations Management: Manage room bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. Update guest information in the hotel’s computer system.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, manage front desk operations, and maintain accurate records of guest accounts and occupied rooms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for new guests and maintain a clean front desk area.
