3Search have landed in Austin, Texas! The team focuses on partnering with SaaS and other tech-enabled businesses - from high-growth start-ups through to global organizations, working closely with them to identify, attract and retain talent. The go-to-market strategy encompasses every stage of a business launching a new product or service. To support organizations in these growth periods, we have replicated this strategy in building our teams of headhunters across London, New York and now Austin.
Role Highlights:
- Predominantly candidate-focused with existing clients and roles to work on
- No immediate requirement to win new business
- Grow existing client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
- Source, assess and place top-tier GTM talent via proactive search methods
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
You Will Need:
- A track record of successfully completing GTM recruitment mandates
- Confidence in both internal and external stakeholder communication
- A genuine desire to work on the candidate side
- An interest in hi-growth technology would be beneficial
