A fast-paced property management company in Pinellas Park is hiring a full-time Receptionist to support daily front-office operations.

Receptionist Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct resident, tenant, landlord, and vendor questions to the appropriate department
- Greet office visitors and provide professional front-desk assistance
- Receive, document, and distribute packages delivered to the office
- Enter invoices and related information into spreadsheets
- Prepare electronic lockboxes for checkout and verify their return
- Conduct brief company vehicle inspections
- Track rental property owner insurance documentation
- Scan and email tenant insurance documents to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate office records and digital files
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Support additional front-office and property management tasks as needed
