Title: Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

Location: Plymouth, MN

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Our client is seeking a Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer for a long term, hybrid onsite contract position.

Job Duties

• Build Requirements and architect analog/mixed-signal IC solutions spanning chip-level to cell-level considerations.
• Lead the design of ASIC I/O and supporting circuitry.
• Create, test, and release IBIS models for I/O associated circuits.
• Field customer questions regarding I/O configurations
• Design requirements spanning block definitions, schematic creation, and simulation.
• Accomplish Design integration, testing, analyses, and iteration.
• Plan, design-for, and enable radiation testing of microelectronic circuits.

Required

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design.
• Experience with Siemens/Cadence IC design tools.
• DDR3, PLL, or SerDes design experience.
• Knowledge of OS Linux, scripting languages e.g., Perl, Shell, TCL.
• Experience with Synopsys Design Compiler, Synopsys PrimeTime, Synopsys DFT Compiler, Synopsys IC Compiler, Synopsys TetraMAX, Siemens Tessent MemoryBIST, Ansys Redhawk and Synopsys IC Validator
• Radiation effects analysis knowledge/experience.
• Advanced node and SOI technology design experience.
• Experience with Siemens Physical Verification tools and methods.
• Advanced node and SOI CMOS technology design experience.
