Description

Our team is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join the Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) program. Services are provided in an individual, family, and group setting. These services are rehabilitative and enable the recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all members of the treatment team including the client, team members, and natural supports.
• Interact with clients by instructing, modeling, assisting, education, coaching and listening.
• Practice person-centered planning and consult with the Mental Health Professional for clinical consultation.
• Request, complete and update all necessary documentation.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and in-service training. Continue to expand clinical abilities and knowledge.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate rehabilitative skills groups
• Attend and participate in case consultations and supervision meetings.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related behavioral science field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorder.
• Must meet the State of MN's definition of Mental Health Practitioner
• Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance.

Pay: Starting $23.65 per hour Years of experience will be taken into consideration
