About the RoleThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of production employees ensuring that production delivery, quality, and cost metrics are met.
The Production Supervisor will focus on employee productivity, quality, safety, and training typically supervising a team of 30 75 employees.

What You BringAssociates degree in IT, or related discipline, and / or equivalent related work experience2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelAbility to prioritize workload and possess excellent multi-tasking skillsExcellent communication (spoken and written) skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information and train / advise / lead line operatorsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment and take the initiative to learn new tools and concepts quicklyAbility to lead cross-functional teams.
