Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson/Estimator to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and closing sales. This role requires strong communication, project management skills, negotiation abilities, as well as a solid understanding of construction estimating and project management.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
- Prepare and present project proposals, including pricing and contract terms
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Provide ongoing customer support and address any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills
