Zota Beach Resort is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent Near Bradenton, FL

We are minutes from Bradenton Beach on the north end of Longboat Key.

Position Summary

  • Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing the guest with excellent guest service. Greet customers immediately and with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Reconciles and completes all daily front desk work.
  • Welcome the guests, register them in the computer system, anticipate the needs of guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Inform the guest about the property and it's amenities in detail.
  • Answering phones in a professional, yet friendly manner, willing to assist guest needs as they arise.
  • Ability to stand for continuous periods of time.
  • Some nights required for Night Audit shifts.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrates the ability to show tact, courtesy and diplomacy in difficult situations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completion of all folios, room changes, credit approvals, etc.
  • Display a high degree of professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in the delivery of Housekeeping items as needed.

Education: High school education or GED plus 2 years' administrative hotel front desk experience or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the skills, knowledge, and ability.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years' hotel/resort experience at the front desk, or night audit is preferred or other hospitality guest service experience.

Hours required: Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends. FULL-TIME. Hours are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm must be flexible.
