Job Description

The Junior Project Manager at Zooplus, assigned to the Own Brand Food (OBF) division, plays a pivotal role in supporting the OBF team by organizing the operative daily business activities. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Own Brands Food, the incumbent will ensure smooth coordination of departmental functions, facilitate efficient communication, and contribute to the successful execution of projects within the division.

Specifically, you will tackle the following tasks:

  • Organize all department-related meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and maintenance of the overall meeting calendar.
  • Provide specific category analysis based on project briefs to support decision-making processes within the OBF team.
  • Regularly update the OBF wiki with relevant information and manage folder organization to ensure efficient document storage, retrieval, and sharing.
  • Handle Matina homepage, ensuring content relevance, accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Act as the key contact for Indirect Procurement, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Coordinate cross-brand and sometimes cross-functional projects within the OBF division, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Provide support in budgeting activities, including monitoring expenses, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Handle travel budget allocation and related logistics for the OBF team, optimizing resources and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • University degree, ideally in a business-related field.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable with managing and analyzing data to derive insights and support decision-making.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in an international environment, preferably in a coordination related role. 
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
