Accounting Clerk Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Process invoices and customer payments
• Posting payments
• Collecting on past due accounts
• Support accounting staff
• Effectively manage incoming calls
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Organizational skills

• General Math Skills
• Familiarity with Quickbooks Financial Software
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
