Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to support real estate investment decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and success in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in real estate markets.
  • Evaluate potential real estate investments, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and investment return calculations.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in due diligence processes, including property inspections, financial document review, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate assets, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, acquisitions, and asset management, to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and investment analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with real estate databases and market research tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
