**Hubler Automotive is looking for dedicated bilingual Customer Care / Business Development Reps to join our team!! Must have great phone presence, computer knowledge, and the ability to sell an appointment to support and grow the company's business. The role of a Customer Care Rep is to respond effectively to all in-store, phone, and internet service inquiries that come to the dealership with the goal of setting an appointment for the service department.**

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

* Call center experience

* A Performance based attitude with a thirst to produce!

* Comfort with being at a desk, on the telephone for 8 hours a day to complete 100 calls.

* Able to work with a given script.

* Dealership experience (preferred, but not required)

* Great time management skills

* Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Professional appearance and work ethic

* Great attitude with a high-energy personality

* Superior customer service skills

* Ability to understand and follow process

* Ability to follow direction with minimal supervision

* An enthusiasm for talking to customers on the phone

* Understanding of the importance of follow up Skills/Qualifications
