Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team as Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Responsibilities:

-Keystone Stars documentation management

-Teacher and staff supervision and management
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Ability to provide a caring and supportive environment for children
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Experience in special education or behavior management is a plus
