ZOe Pediatrics is Hiring a Human Resources Administrative Assistant Near Columbus, GA

Zoe Pediatrics is currently seeking a highly efficient full-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to undertake various HR administrative tasks within a Healthcare environment. This role entails managing daily HR operations such as maintaining personnel records, posting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, facilitating new hire orientations, and assisting with payroll activities. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources coupled with proficient administrative skills, exhibit professionalism, and demonstrate the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information.

Responsibilities:

  • Address internal and external HR inquiries promptly and provide necessary support
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel data including payroll, personal details, leaves, and terminations in both physical and digital formats, ensuring compliance with all employment regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments such as payroll and benefits to streamline HR processes
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, conducting background checks and drug tests, and facilitating employment offers
  • Conduct orientations and onboard new hires, updating records accordingly
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated
  • Travel to Thomaston and Barnesville locations

Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
  • Proven track record in an HR coordinator role or similar administrative position
  • Familiarity with human resources practices and employee benefits
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with utmost confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
