The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced candidate to join our customer support team. They will play a key role in providing our customers with a positive support experience via phone, chat and email service. This is a full-time position located in San Jose, CA.
What responsibilities you’ll have:
● Experienced support professional with direct experience on email, chat, and phone support
● Engage customers in a positive and respectful manner to resolve issues and deliver the best possible customer experience
● Must have initiative and good judgment to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
● Good analytical and organizational skills to provide customer feedback to internal teams
● Work closely with other support team members to efficiently handle order issues related to defective products and shipping
● Be able to answer basic questions related Zno software products
What you’ll need:
● 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
● 2-3 years experience in a customer support role
● Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
● Have a humble and polite attitude
● Passion to be a customer champion and help customers with their issues
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
What your salary will be:
● $40K-$60K annual salary.
