Zno is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near San Jose, CA

About Zno:

Zno is a 10 year old venture backed startup in the professional photography world. We like to think of ourselves as a medium sized company that punches significantly above our weight. The majority of our operations are based in Shanghai, China and we have a small team based in our US office.

Zno is known for two main product offerings. First, we manufacture custom print products for professional photographers. Second, we offer subscription based software tools to assist professional photographers. Our company is a marriage of old world craftsmanship and Silicon Valley technology. We are the fastest growing company in the professional photography world and we expect to grow 4x in the next five years. We are on course to becoming the largest professional printing lab in the world and also the largest supplier of SaaS to small business professional photographers.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced candidate to join our customer support team. They will play a key role in providing our customers with a positive support experience via phone, chat and email service. This is a full-time position located in San Jose, CA.

What responsibilities you’ll have:

● Experienced support professional with direct experience on email, chat, and phone support

● Engage customers in a positive and respectful manner to resolve issues and deliver the best possible customer experience

● Must have initiative and good judgment to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy

● Good analytical and organizational skills to provide customer feedback to internal teams

● Work closely with other support team members to efficiently handle order issues related to defective products and shipping

● Be able to answer basic questions related Zno software products

What you’ll need:

● 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

● 2-3 years experience in a customer support role

● Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus

● Have a humble and polite attitude

● Passion to be a customer champion and help customers with their issues

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What your salary will be:

● $40K-$60K annual salary.
