Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Planerman to join our team. As a Planerman, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining planing machinery. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Operate planing machinery to shape and smooth wood surfaces according to specifications
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results
- Inspect wood products for quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Planerman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of planing machinery operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
