Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as our Office IT Support and Zoho CRM Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our office IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our team. Additionally, you will be the primary administrator for our Zoho CRM system, ensuring its optimal functionality and providing support to our sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for our office staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity problems, and printer malfunctions.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology resources.
• Serve as the primary administrator for our Zoho CRM system, including user management, data customization, workflow automation, and integration with other systems.
• Train and support sales and marketing teams in using Zoho CRM effectively to manage leads, contacts, opportunities, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Zoho CRM and other technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support roles, with strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network technologies.
• Experience administering and customizing Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
