We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Clinical Operations. This candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the clinical operations of our organization. This includes developing and implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering collaboration between departments to enhance the overall efficiency of clinical processes.

Responsibilities:

·Provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

·Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs and services.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline clinical workflows and improve operation efficiency.

·Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

·Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of clinical operations and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

·Lead and mentor a high performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

·Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare provider, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

·Manage budgetary responsibilities related to clinical operation and ensure resources allocation aligns with strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

·Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

·At least 1 year direct leadership role within clinical operations, preferably in a healthcare

·In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.

·Strong knowledge of resident rights and Hospice Medicare regulations

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

·Demonstrated leadership and monitorship capabilities.

·Knowledge of EMR system Home Care Home Base (preferred)
