Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team. The Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate sales-related activities, including meetings, events, and conferences
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Transcribe meeting minutes and follow-up on action items
- Support in creating sales presentations and reports
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Assist in preparing proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless coordination
Skills:
- Proficient in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in event planning and coordination
- Excellent file management skills for maintaining records accurately
