Main Purpose of the role: Acts as liaison between the Global Shared Service Center and the U.S. offices answering queries raised by offshore AP staff. Provides payment status to vendors and ZIM employees.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Vendor Queries
• Requesting Statements and work on Account Reconciliations
• Posting invoices for payment
• Routing of the invoices, adding new “Expense Types” in routing box
• Monitor Vendor Invoice Portal – Clear ORF-AP (daily basis)
• Backup on Admin Invoices – Admin invoices sent to eFAST (daily top priority)
• Will be cross-trained and be backup of other AP Coordinators
• Assist AP Manager with Ad hoc Projects and Requests

Main Tasks:

• Assisting offshore GSS Team with scanning and uploading of all US invoices for processing.
• Processing FB60 transactions, cash advances, manual checks which need to be paid promptly.
• Assist with MIRO the invoices for 3-way matching
• Assist in sending vendor supporting documentation for payments made by ACH wire and Checks

*Respond within 24 hours to all queries raised by GSS *Assist GSS with additional training as requested

• Maintain GSS Error Log, send monthly report
• Research duplicate invoices in portal to confirm if invoice has been processed.
• Fix and clear errors created by different departments
• Respond within 48 hours to all vendor queries received in the Vendor Inquiries email inbox.

Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Finance Accounting.
