Zilliant is seeking a talented and experienced IT Director to lead a team of IT professionals in managing our helpdesk, network, server, and application systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are secure, efficient, and meet the needs of our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including helpdesk, network, server, and application support.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify IT requirements and ensure that our systems meet their needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendors meet service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure that our systems can recover from disruptions.
• Ensure that our systems comply with security regulations and industry best practices.
•  Manage the IT budget, allocate resources, and monitor expenditures.
• Develop and mentor IT staff, and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to our IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with experience managing helpdesk, network, server, and application systems.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and storage technologies.
• Strong knowledge of network and server architecture, including hardware, software, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with helpdesk and ticketing systems, such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
