We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced On-Premise Event Manager to execute seamless events at our exclusive venues, to bring our clients' visions to life and ensure the smooth execution of unforgettable events.

What You'll Do:

• Mentor and train Assistant Event Managers and catering associates to excel in their roles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing events from start to finish.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, timeline and ambiance.
• Lead by example and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has prior experience as a lead server, shift captain, or supervisor.
• Can be flexible with scheduling (weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday availability).
• Demonstrates dependability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (email and calendar).

The pay range for this position is $18-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Full-Time positions are available at our Coast venue as well as Boerner Botanical Gardens and Historic Pritzlaff. Additionally, we serve guests in both the Milwaukee and Waukesha areas, so reliable transportation is necessary.
