* Espresso/coffee experience (espresso highly preferred, but not required). Prefer those who've served a variety of espresso drinks, not just black coffee.

* AVAILABILITY! Those looking for a lot of hours, but part-time. Need folks who are available both weekdays and weekends. Shifts are between 5am - 7pm. Our training is VERY thorough, so if you're looking for a few hours a week, this is NOT a good fit

* HUSTLE! - Enthusiastic, outgoing with a passion for customer service

* Ability to adhere to Ziggi’s Coffee policies, procedures and brand values

* Flexibility throughout the week and/or on weekends to work morning, mid-day, and/or closing shifts! Hours and consistency are earned by hard work.

* Be a part of a fun, energetic team that works together to create AMAZING service!

* Lots of face-to-face customer service/retail experience and cash handling!

* Enjoy $$$ - our baristas can average an additional $3-$5 an hour from tips when experienced and crushing customer service!

* Have ability for at least 6 months of working, this is NOT a seasonal position or to fill a short gap before relocating, going to college out of town or both.

* Work a variety of hours, the more available you are, the more hours you'll get!
