The individual will be responsible to manage strategic implementation & managed services support projects for Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers. The individual will provide the ownership to deliver professional services to customers. He or she will have to work with global teams, Zifo and customer leadership team to manage service delivery.

• Responsible for overall service delivery from Zifo for multiple customer accounts.
• Responsible for people management, communication between multiple teams / departments within Zifo as well as with the customer groups.
• Responsible to manage internal initiatives and drive service delivery excellence
• Partner with service delivery heads from other departments, global team and ensure cross functional learning.
• Work with customer success managers for overall customer feedback and satisfaction, proactive proposals, and innovation.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Information Technology or Equivalent
• 6 years of service delivery, Information Technology experience
• Experience with managing large projects or programs.
