Detailer
Description
Detailer will oversee and detail homes for walk-throughs; perform general labor to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of homes and neighborhoods being built.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete all work in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures
- Help in the presentation of homes for customers
- Load and deliver materials
- Set up and take down temporary structures
- Complete job site cleanup daily by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to work overtime
- Complete any duties assigned by the foreman
- Move appliances and fixtures as needed
- Assist specialized contractors as needed
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
