```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Ability to effectively manage inventory control and conduct regular audits
- Knowledge of training development techniques to enhance team performance
