We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory control. ```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling, time management, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredient.

-Make drinks and beverages
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Receive and store food supplies and ingredients
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely food production and service
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control and conduct regular audits
- Knowledge of training development techniques to enhance team performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
