What we need from you:

• Ethical conduct and a drive to achieve performance goals
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage our team
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer and employee issues professionally
• Hands-on approach to leadership and technical productivity
• Understanding that speed is essential in our fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and train new hires
• Proficiency in POS software systems such as ISI LubeSoft, All Data, and Tekmetric (training provided)
• Inspector Badge or willingness to test for one
• Commitment to achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Dedication to maintaining a presentable store appearance and ensuring excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
