Zeppe is Hiring an Assistant Manager Near Bedford, OH
Zeppe’s Tavern and Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to work closely with the general manager in running the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has two years of similar experience and is looking to grow with our team. Salary is based on experience but up to $20/hr. with potential for overtime.
This is a hands on position and strong kitchen skills and guest service skills required. Responsibilities include working with the General Manager to:
· Provide an exceptional guest experience through consistent and quality food and beverage preparation with world class service
· Recruit, interview, hire and train team members
· Control profit & loss through sales, cost of goods and labor goals
· Maintain local health and safety codes, and ensure company safety and security policies are met
